If you are looking for a fun and challenging glute specific training class run by movement and sport specialists, then you have come to the right place.
The glute training program at Competitive EDGE has helped hundreds of Bay Area residents improve their movement, strength, and control. Using neuromuscular research, we have created a truly unique program that is unlike any other "group training" program out there.
You will benefit from a progressive program that builds week to week. Every class will improve on the previous weeks drills to ensure you are always challenged and working towards movement mastery. Staring with muscular activation, progressing to overload strengthening, and finishing with double and single leg plyometrics, this program is perfect for people of all ability levels.

- 10 week program (1 session per week)
- 6 people max per class
- 30 minutes per class, with "homework" each week and full program provided at the end of the sessions
- Progressive exercises that change every week of the program (no boring routines!)
- Every class taught by a physical therapist with specialty training in biomechanics and sports
